# Attributes

Each bee is defined by **four key attributes**.

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:$primary;"><strong>Efficiency</strong></mark><strong> ($CATKN gain)</strong></summary>

*The ability of a bee to collect more $CATKN.*\
\
**A higher number of&#x20;**<mark style="color:$primary;">**efficiency**</mark>**&#x20;attribute points will result in a better gain in $CATKN per energy spent.**

{% hint style="info" %}
**The role of your main bee can also significantly impact your $CATKN earnings. See the Roles section for more information.**
{% endhint %}

</details>

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:blue;"><strong>Instinct</strong></mark><strong> (Nectar Collection)</strong></summary>

The natural instinct of a bee that allows it to make optimal decisions, enabling it to collect a greater quantity of nectar.\
\
A higher number of <mark style="color:blue;">instinct</mark> attribute points will result in a greater volume of nectar being collected (1 to 10).

{% hint style="info" %}
*See the Honeycomb & Nectar section for more information.*
{% endhint %}

</details>

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:red;">Specialisation</mark> (Earning of $HELT)</summary>

*The bee's ability to specialise in a particular task, such as collecting $HELT.*\
\
**A higher number of&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**specialisation**</mark>**&#x20;attribute points will result in a higher $HELT gain per energy spent.**\
\ <mark style="color:red;">Currently unavailable</mark>

{% hint style="info" %}
*The higher the specialisation attribute, the slower the growth of the age effect.*
{% endhint %}

</details>

<details>

<summary><mark style="color:purple;">Endurance</mark> (Time Saving)</summary>

*The bee's resistance to exhaustion, allowing it to work longer without tiring.*&#x20;

**Note**:

1. The <mark style="color:purple;">endurance</mark> attribute of a young bee is 1 (Level 0 to 7).
2. The final <mark style="color:purple;">endurance</mark> attribute of a bee is revealed at level 8.
3. The <mark style="color:purple;">endurance</mark> attribute is a coefficient between 0.40 and 1.6 and directly impacts the duration of an energy.
4. It is capped at 4, allowing the user to divide per 4 the duration of an energy.
5. This cap will be gradually extended thanks to the levels available in the hive mechanics.&#x20;

**A higher number of&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**endurance**</mark>**&#x20;attribute points will result in a reduction in the consumption time of an energy.**

{% hint style="info" %}
*See the Energy & Endurance System (Endurance Coefficient) sections for more information.*
{% endhint %}

#### 🔧 Improve Base Attribute Points

There are multiple ways to enhance your bees’ attributes, whether temporarily or permanently.

<details>

<summary>Base Attribute Points</summary>

A bee’s base attribute points are defined at the time of creation.

They form the initial foundation of its performance and are the only values taken into account when calculating bonuses provided by Honey Pots.

However, these attributes can be improved after creation.\
This optimization is achieved by binding a **Black Ambrosia** to the selected bee.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Enhancement via Black Ambrosia</summary>

Black Ambrosia allows you to increase existing attribute points through a mission-based system (see the **Black Ambrosia** section for more details).

#### Additional Attribute Points

Additional attribute points can be added to base attributes to enhance your bee’s overall performance.

Several mechanisms allow you to obtain these bonuses, each following its own specific logic:

<details>

<summary><strong>Team Composition: Free &#x26; Synergies</strong></summary>

Team compositions play a key role in granting temporary additional attribute points through bonuses provided by your Support Bees.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Level Up</strong></summary>

With each level up, the user receives attribute points to allocate freely, enabling the bee to progressively specialize.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Honey Pots </strong><mark style="color:blue;"><strong>(Soon)</strong></mark></summary>

Fixed and variable attribute bonuses are granted based on the Honey Pots equipped on the bee. These effects are tied to the active equipment and may evolve depending on the items used or removed.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Black Ambrosia </strong><mark style="color:red;"><strong>(Currently Unavailable)</strong></mark></summary>

Black Ambrosia represents an advanced training system that permanently enhances a bee’s attributes through a mission-based mechanism.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Local Weather </strong><mark style="color:red;"><strong>(Currently Unavailable)</strong></mark></summary>

Weather conditions temporarily influence bee performance, introducing a contextual and strategic dimension.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Events</strong></summary>

Occasional events may grant temporary or specific attribute bonuses, linked to particular periods, challenges, or unique game mechanics.
